The role is an Intern Supplier Quality 100% position at Beyond Gravity, a company specializing in developing and manufacturing products for satellites and launch vehicles. The company operates from 12 locations across six countries, including Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, the USA, Finland, and Portugal. The main day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the management of supplier non-conformances, maintaining the quarantine area for non-conforming materials, and assisting with quality reporting and documentation. The intern will also participate in root cause investigations, collaborate with various teams on supplier quality topics, and support supplier communication related to quality issues and corrective actions. To qualify, candidates must have graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field within the past six months. Knowledge of or initial experience with Quality Systems and Standards, such as ISO 9001, is advantageous. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Nice-to-have skills include well-developed analytical thinking, strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset with a keen interest in learning quality management tools and best practices.
