The Executive Director, Pricing & Contracting role at Novartis involves leading the pricing and contracting strategies for innovative medicines on a global scale. To qualify for this role, candidates must have 10+ years of senior-level experience in pharmaceutical companies, Health Technology Assessment agencies, healthcare consultancies, or related organizations. Extensive experience in pricing, market access, and commercial strategy across multiple brands and therapeutic areas is essential. Strong above-country experience, including regional or global pricing and access responsibilities, is also required. Proven people leadership experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights are crucial. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Nice-to-have skills include an advanced degree in fields such as Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Health Policy, Health Economics, or a related field. Experience within the Immunology therapeutic area is also desirable.
