Founding Account Executive

TechTree, an AI‑powered recruitment service, is sourcing a Founding Account Executive for a Zurich‑based startup that develops a hardware‑independent AI brain to link any robot or camera into a unified monitoring system. The company, backed by strong investors, is entering a period of rapid change in physical security and needs its first dedicated sales professional on site. In this position you will manage the entire sales journey—from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiations and final agreements. The focus will be on large‑scale business customers, especially critical‑infrastructure firms, as well as government and defence organisations, guiding pilot projects toward full‑scale contracts. You will also capture successful tactics, refine the ideal customer profile, and keep the sales pipeline, CRM data and forecasts accurate and ambitious. The ideal candidate brings more than three years of proven end‑to‑end B2B sales success, with a track record of closing deals rather than merely generating leads. You should be comfortable creating your own prospect list, have experience in early‑stage or startup environments, and possess enough technical understanding to discuss a sophisticated AI product with knowledgeable buyers. Strong emotional intelligence, a proactive mindset, reliability and a drive to achieve are essential, as is willingness to live in Zurich.
