As a Senior Supercomputing and Higher Education Account Manager you will expand strategic collaborations with flagship institutions such as ETH Zurich, EPFL and CSCS, helping the company deepen its impact on supercomputing and academic research across the region. In this position you will forge and nurture relationships with leading supercomputing and university customers, align NVIDIA initiatives with other research organisations, and analyse the nuances of the national HPC and tertiary‑education markets. You will segment and prioritise opportunities, drive proof‑of‑concept projects, roadmap reviews and technology solutions, and work with marketing to turn customer wins into case studies, launches and events. The role also includes assessing client needs for NVIDIA products, recommending marketing tactics, maintaining post‑sales support and organising training for your accounts. The employer expects a minimum bachelor's degree or comparable experience together with more than eight years of demonstrable success in the HPC and higher‑education research (HER) sectors. Candidates must have deep regional knowledge of HPC sales, a solid grasp of the evolving Swiss higher‑education and research environment, and a genuine enthusiasm for ecosystem development. Strong interpersonal abilities, a track record of consistent enterprise‑level sales or business‑development results, and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential, as is a firm understanding of the full sales cycle, OEM and channel‑partner dynamics. Ideal candidates bring high energy, the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑growing organisation, and thorough expertise in IT infrastructure and computing architecture relevant to HPC and AI. Quick‑fire relationship building, willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional trips abroad, and familiarity with Physical AI, including NVIDIA's open‑model and robotics tools, are valued. Knowledge of AI and deep‑learning concepts further strengthens an application. The role is based in Switzerland, offering the chance to work alongside world‑class researchers and NVIDIA professionals.
