The CEO will lead the company through its next growth phase, focusing on scaling operations, enhancing market presence, and driving commercial activities. The CEO will oversee the company's overall operations, including strategy, growth, and performance. This involves developing and implementing commercial strategies for retail and gastronomy, managing key accounts, and fostering strategic partnerships. The role also includes financial management, budgeting, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the CEO will lead the team, fostering a strong company culture and clear leadership. The ideal candidate must have several years of experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role within a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME), scale-up, or growth company. Experience in the food, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods sector is essential, with a proven track record of scaling products in the Swiss retail market. Financial acumen, including understanding of controlling, cash flow, budgeting, and KPIs, is crucial. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work on-site in Illnau are also required.
