The company collaborates with clients to enhance organizational performance through integrated strategies in work, rewards, and careers. The role involves leading client engagements and developing business opportunities across various industries, with a focus on aligning work and rewards with business objectives. The main responsibilities include leading client projects, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of complex projects. This involves partnering with clients to develop innovative solutions for HR, reward, and talent challenges, as well as providing high-quality consulting advice. The role also includes mentoring consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, and contributing to the development of diverse teams. Additionally, the position requires enhancing WTW's external visibility through thought leadership and participation in conferences. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of eight years of design-oriented experience in consulting or a consultative corporate environment, with a focus on Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC) disciplines. A strong understanding of rewards programs and processes, particularly in the Benelux, Nordics, or Switzerland markets, is essential. Proficiency in digital tools and AI, along with strong analytical and project management skills, is required. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, with additional local languages being an asset. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include an affinity for digital tools and AI, as well as the ability to integrate emerging technologies to enhance consulting capabilities.
