The position is a University Graduate – Account Manager UHNWI, placed within the Region Western Markets & Switzerland and the ultra‑high‑net‑worth individual (UHNWI) team. The programme combines three rotations, one of them abroad, giving you a solid foothold in private‑wealth services for multi‑generational families and entrepreneurs. During the rotation you will support Relationship Managers with a range of operational tasks. You will open, service and keep client accounts up‑to‑date, drive the onboarding workflow and gather the documentation needed for KYC and AML compliance. You will help draft meeting material, investment proposals across all asset classes and ad‑hoc analyses. Transaction processing, follow‑up and issue resolution with internal partners are part of the daily routine, as is acting as a secondary point of contact for client enquiries and preparing reports, portfolio statements and interaction records. The role is aimed at recent graduates who have completed a master’s degree with above‑average results within the past year. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, and you must be legally permitted to work in Switzerland. These qualifications form the core entry criteria for the programme.
