Customer Success Account Manager

The Customer Success Account Manager role sits within a collaborative pod that serves a shared set of accounts, reporting to senior CSAMs and a manager. The position supports the company’s focus on executive partnership, solution health, cloud adoption and AI acceleration, while helping customers adopt agents and Copilot features. Day‑to‑day duties involve carrying out standardized executive partnership and solution‑health activities under direct guidance, driving cloud and AI adoption initiatives, and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. When issues arise, the incumbent escalates them rather than troubleshooting independently, and works with internal teams to follow up on remediation actions. All work is performed within the pod structure, with oversight from the manager and senior CSAMs. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any field or possess equivalent early‑career experience, and have up to two years of experience in program management, customer‑facing operations, technology delivery or analytics. Comfort with AI tools and an AI‑first mindset are required, as is strong written and spoken English together with fluency in French and/or German for the designated hub. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Zurich, Switzerland; relocation costs are not covered. Additional background that is advantageous includes coursework or practical experience in program management or business operations, familiarity with enterprise software, cloud platforms or B2B customer success, and prior work in pod, squad or matrixed team environments.
