The position of Partner Strategy Consultant – Bank Finance Transformation sits within SAP Fioneer’s worldwide team that designs and executes transformation strategies for banking institutions. The role blends deep industry insight with commercial savvy, supporting senior client leaders while expanding the firm’s strategic account portfolio. On a daily basis you will steer finance‑transformation workstreams for banks, guiding projects from initial diagnosis through to execution and ensuring tangible results. You will also nurture relationships with global strategic accounts, shaping client agendas, influencing senior‑level engagement, and contributing to revenue growth. Translating complex banking challenges into clear roadmaps and technology‑enabled solutions is central, as is collaborating with product, delivery, architecture and technology groups to deliver integrated outcomes. Interaction with C‑level executives to provide strategic advice on performance, risk and transformation, together with internal capability building and team development, rounds out the responsibilities. The role requires at least seven years of strategy‑consulting experience backed by strong analytical skills and a proven record of delivering complex initiatives. Candidates must possess extensive banking‑finance expertise, including a solid grasp of KPIs, accounting principles and performance management, as well as hands‑on experience in process redesign, operating‑model evolution and system implementation. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic change, manage operational finance functions, and assess transformation risks is essential. A high affinity for digital tools and data models is expected, along with fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
