To qualify for this role, candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting. A master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in areas such as forecasting, demand & supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, or supply chain transformation, are essential. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
