Lead Data Analytics Consultant (Zurich, Switzerland)

As a Lead Data Analytics Consultant you will guide clients through the whole lifecycle of data‑analytics initiatives, from concept and planning to delivery, while steering a team that upholds the firm’s reputation for quality and reliability. Your everyday work will involve taking full ownership of client engagements, presenting findings to both middle‑level and senior executives, and mentoring a group of consultants. You will also roll up your sleeves to design, build and launch data products, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals. The role requires a master’s or doctoral degree in computer science or a comparable quantitative discipline, together with seven to twelve years of professional experience, preferably at an international consulting firm. You must possess industry knowledge in at least one sector and demonstrable skill with major cloud and data platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS or Palantir. An agile certification—such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Architect or Agile Product Manager—and practical experience in agile delivery are mandatory, as are strong problem‑solving abilities, a pragmatic, results‑focused mindset, and excellent English communication; German is a plus.
