Familiarity with project‑management basics, relational databases and SQL is essential, as is willingness to travel and fluency in written and spoken English and/or German. The team offers a varied workload in an open corporate culture, with opportunities for continuous learning through internal and external training programmes. A balanced work‑life approach and a performance‑oriented salary underpin the company’s long‑term employment outlook.
