The Junior Consultant - Health & Safety and Environment role involves supporting clients in areas such as occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management. Daily tasks include conducting risk analyses and workplace safety assessments, contributing to the creation of EHS reports and presentations, participating in audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal standards. The role also involves developing and implementing EHS programs and training, as well as traveling primarily within Switzerland, with occasional international trips. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a completed technical or natural science degree and/or further education in occupational safety and health protection. Proficiency in German and French, along with advanced English skills, is essential. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally is also required. Additional desirable skills include proficiency in additional foreign languages.
