Vice President - Corporate Finance (Healthcare M&A)

Houlihan Lokey, a globally‑recognized investment bank that advises corporations, sponsors and governments on mergers, capital solutions and restructuring, is expanding its European Healthcare practice. The firm seeks a Vice President for its Zurich office to help drive M&A and financing work for middle‑market health‑care companies across MedTech, health‑IT, services, managed care and life sciences. In this role you will originate and run M&A deals, construct and critique financial models and maintain related databases, and lead business‑due‑diligence efforts. You will also produce confidential memoranda, management decks and marketing presentations, while serving as the primary client liaison throughout transactions, steering meetings and contributing to pitch activities. Managing and coaching analysts and associates, you will nurture client relationships and support broader business‑development initiatives for the group. The position requires fluency in German and English, strong written and oral communication, and at least six years of investment‑banking or corporate‑finance experience. Prior work in health‑care, especially on sell‑side mandates, is valued, as is a record of completing full‑cycle deals. Candidates must have demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff, juggle multiple projects, and apply solid accounting and financial‑theory knowledge. A strategic outlook, high energy, creativity and a self‑starter attitude in a fast‑moving setting are essential.
