Finance Expert - Remote

Micro1 is seeking experienced Senior Accountant Experts to work on a customer project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. The company specializes in AI, and the role involves using accounting expertise to review, analyze, and provide feedback on real-world financial content. No prior AI experience is required. The main day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating financial reports and statements for accuracy, assessing audit procedures, controls, risks, and compliance requirements, and creating and reviewing financial models. The role also involves evaluating tax compliance practices, reviewing legal and financial documents, and providing clear, constructive feedback. Additionally, the expert will support AI training through data annotation, evaluation, and quality review. The must-have requirements include strong knowledge of financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, and legal document review. Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills are essential. Nice-to-have skills include experience with data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation. The role is remote, and the ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet project requirements is crucial.
