La Prairie is seeking a Senior Quality Manager Compliance & Standards to oversee and enhance the quality management system within the Luxury Global QM department. The company specializes in luxury skincare products, focusing on high-quality standards and compliance. The role involves maintaining a quality management system (QMS) that ensures consistent quality across key processes and business interfaces. This includes managing standards, procedures, and practices, as well as overseeing SOP management, deviations, CAPA, and change management. The manager will regularly monitor and review the QMS, ensuring it meets agreed criteria and supports ongoing operations and process improvements. They will also be responsible for QMS KPI execution results and supporting certifications for key processes, organizational units, products, and services. Additionally, the role involves aligning technology and business processes with enterprise quality management requirements, partnering with the IT/Digitalization organization to develop and deploy innovative technology solutions, and owning the Supply Chain SharePoint. The Senior Quality Manager Compliance & Standards will lead and support special projects and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment of standards, governance, processes, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring. This includes monitoring project performance and relevant indicators to ensure visibility, progress tracking, and effective follow-up across strategic initiatives. To excel in this role, candidates must have a university degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as quality, engineering, life sciences, or another scientific discipline. Advanced graduate studies or degrees are beneficial. A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production, preferably in the cosmetics industry with OTC-regulated products, is required. Experience leading quality-related initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments and a strong understanding of quality management processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German is an asset. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in fast-changing environments, effective stakeholder management across functions, levels, and external partners, and the ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and maintain focus under uncertainty.
