The Director E2E Product Planning role is crucial for driving the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products across the entire supply chain, from API manufacturing to key external suppliers. The main day-to-day responsibilities include defining the end-to-end (E2E) global supply chain configuration, managing new product introduction (NPI) planning, and ensuring demand and net requirements propagation. The role involves participating in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, resolving E2E issues, and maintaining supply continuity. Additionally, the director will monitor business operations, identify risks, and drive resolution when exceptions occur. They will also develop and use digital tools to support ongoing execution monitoring. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or economics. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or Master's, is preferred. At least ten years of experience in manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP, and/or supply chain management is required. Proven business experience in supply chain, including insight into end-to-end supply chain characteristics and financial processes, is essential. Direct supervisory/team management experience and international/global experience are also necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work across functions are crucial. Nice-to-have skills include experience in a multi-echelon supply chain and proficiency with SAP and/or OMP. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, inclusive environment with a global team. The position requires up to 25% travel time, both domestically and internationally. What the role asks for: - An engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance or economics bachelor's degree. - Ten years of experience in at least two of the following areas: manufacturing, (global) planning, S&OP/IBP and/or supply chain management. - Proven business and leadership experience in the supply chain. - International/global experience. - Experience in direct team leadership. - Experience in collaborating with various departments and hierarchical levels. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines. - Ability to work without direct authority and create consensus. - Experience in a multi-stage supply chain (nice to have). - Knowledge of SAP and/or OMP (nice to have).
