HR Director

The HR Director role sits within MSC Cruises, a global cruise operator expanding rapidly across the Bahamas and the Caribbean. Reporting to the Vice‑President of Human Resources, the position works hand‑in‑hand with senior leaders in Finance, Legal, Development, Construction and Operations to meet the people and organisational demands of a fast‑growing international business. On a daily basis the director will act as a strategic HR partner, helping leaders align people initiatives with business priorities. Core duties include shaping workforce plans and managing organisational change tied to new expansion projects, driving talent‑management programmes, succession planning and leadership development together with the VP HR, and delivering HR support for development, construction and operational activities throughout the region. The role also champions employee engagement, nurtures the evolving company culture, and collaborates closely with MSC Cruises' Cruise Division HR teams and Group HR Centres of Expertise. The employer requires a proven track record in human‑resources practice within a dynamic, multinational setting, where the candidate has routinely advised managers and staff on a wide spectrum of people matters such as talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational transformation.
