Microsoft Alliance – Cloud & AI Platforms - Sales Director / Senior Manager

PwC, a multi‑award‑winning Microsoft Partner, works hand‑in‑hand with Microsoft to deliver AI‑driven transformation across cloud, security and business solutions, leveraging Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot and emerging Agentic AI technologies. The role of Microsoft Alliance – Cloud & AI Platforms Sales Director / Senior Manager is to expand that partnership by leading sales of the joint portfolio. Each day the incumbent will hunt for new transformation opportunities that rely on Microsoft’s cloud and AI stack, qualify them and turn them into revenue. They will partner with Microsoft account executives, technical specialists and the broader ecosystem to craft joint value propositions and co‑sell strategies, steer win‑strategy development, draft proposals and guide client engagements through to closure. The position also taps Microsoft partner programs, incentives and funding, acts as the liaison between Microsoft and PwC teams, collaborates with PwC Lines of Service to surface opportunities, aligns with the Alliance Teams, and keeps abreast of Microsoft’s evolving solutions, commercial models and market trends while meeting sales and programme‑funding targets. Candidates must have a proven record of selling Microsoft Cloud, Data and AI solutions and a deep grasp of Microsoft’s ecosystem and commercial frameworks. A strong background in enterprise‑service sales within professional services or consulting, the ability to navigate complex matrixed organisations, and solid commercial acumen are essential. The role also demands excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills with senior leaders at both firms, a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, and a degree in any field; experience in the education industry is noted as relevant.
