Director, Business Relationship Management — Commercial, Digital, Data & AI

The position of Director, Business Relationship Management – Commercial, Digital, Data & AI places you as the chief technology ally for Abbott’s worldwide commercial, marketing and commercial‑excellence executives. In this senior advisory capacity you will shape the agenda for digital, data and artificial‑intelligence capabilities that drive growth, omnichannel interaction and operational efficiency across all markets. Your daily work will involve turning business goals into cohesive roadmaps for digital, data and AI initiatives, championing commercial priorities in enterprise‑wide technology forums, and steering demand‑setting, prioritisation and governance of the commercial portfolio. You will orchestrate delivery across the central technology services organisation, regional IT groups and external partners, resolve cross‑regional inter‑dependencies, and push forward adoption of analytics‑driven and AI‑enhanced processes. Ensuring compliance with data‑privacy, cyber‑security, regulatory and responsible‑AI standards will also be a core duty.
