As a Technical Consultant, Patient Monitoring (Alps) you will join Philips, a worldwide leader in health‑technology, to support and integrate its patient‑monitoring platforms. Working from a home office in Switzerland, you will collaborate with clinical, engineering and service colleagues to guarantee smooth roll‑outs and top‑level performance of the equipment. Your daily work will involve delivering both on‑site and remote training sessions, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and feeding user feedback into product‑enhancement cycles. You will act as a bridge between the technology and the care teams, ensuring that installations run without interruption and that users are confident with the system.
