On a daily basis you will scout and approach prospective clients such as roofing contractors and distributors, devise and execute targeted sales campaigns, and showcase the product range with customized proposals. Maintaining strong ties with both new and current customers, you will act as a trusted advisor, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless buying experience. Keeping abreast of market developments, competitor activity and regional opportunities is essential, as is negotiating terms, following up leads and closing deals. Collaboration with marketing, logistics and customer service, as well as representing the firm at trade fairs and industry gatherings, forms part of the routine. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of field‑sales experience involving direct, face‑to‑face contact, and feels comfortable engaging purchase managers, architects and contractors. You should be energetic, optimistic and resilient to rejection, possess excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, and be self‑driven and well‑organized in planning sales routes. Independence combined with a collaborative spirit, strong problem‑solving abilities, a passion for quality products, fluency in German and English, and a valid driver’s licence are required.
