Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist will handle various responsibilities, including managing quality records, leading investigations, and driving corrective actions. They will also support supplier qualification, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide training to maintain high compliance levels. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and updating quality policies, managing electronic documentation, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, candidates must have experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries, and a solid understanding of GMP and/or ISO 13485 requirements. A degree in Engineering or a Scientific field is preferred, or equivalent experience is considered. Proven experience in managing investigations and corrective actions, as well as the ability to operate in compliance with safety standards and internal quality procedures, is essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with a proactive approach and problem-solving capabilities, are also required. Proficiency in English and Italian is necessary.
