As part of The Brandtech Group’s strategic data pillar, the firm blends strategy, cloud, media and customer‑experience services, employing more than 320 digital specialists across ten offices worldwide, including a consulting hub in Geneva. In this senior digital analytics position you will join the Geneva team to deliver data‑driven projects for a variety of clients in sectors such as luxury, FMCG, sport and beauty. Typical tasks involve monitoring digital performance against key indicators, analysing conversion funnels, running web‑testing, optimising media buying and supporting CRM initiatives. You will ensure the accuracy of analytics data, shape the format and quality of client deliverables, and oversee the operational rollout of recommendations when needed. Collaboration with product, engineering and operations groups in Paris is also part of the daily rhythm. The role requires a master’s degree in business, engineering or a comparable qualification, together with one to three years of experience in digital marketing, consulting, business‑intelligence tools or media agencies. Proficiency with web‑analytics platforms and a solid grasp of acquisition channels—SEO, SEM, programmatic, affiliates, email and social—are essential. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, possess strong analytical and statistical‑visualisation skills, and demonstrate client‑facing confidence and teamwork.
