Method & Process Engineer - CAD and Digital Engineering (f/m/d) 100% - REF287029N

Scintilla AG, a Bosch‑affiliated company that develops, manufactures and markets accessories for power tools across professional, industrial and DIY sectors, is looking for a Method & Process Engineer focused on CAD and digital engineering. The position is fully remote‑friendly and reports to the business unit's engineering leadership. In this role you will steer the worldwide CAD Excellence initiative, ensuring that all product and packaging design teams adopt a unified CAD environment. You will drive the automation of design workflows, embed AI‑based tools and standardise procedures to continuously improve development efficiency. Additionally, you will create and run regular training sessions on CAD, simulation and AI for the engineering staff, and act as a conduit for knowledge exchange by validating and disseminating insights from internal and external sources. Representation of the unit in senior CAD and simulation working groups and contribution to new standards are also key parts of the job. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, and possesses deep expertise with the PTC CREO suite, including Windchill and Codebeamer, and, if possible, experience with ARTIOS CAD. Business‑level fluency in English is required, together with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a proven ability to coach colleagues. An analytical, solution‑oriented and highly autonomous working style, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for digital transformation and AI adoption, is essential. German language proficiency is considered a plus.
