Implement Consulting Group is an international management‑consulting firm with more than 1,800 staff, headquartered in Copenhagen and operating across the Nordics, DACH region and the United States. The Zurich office is looking for an entry‑level Management Consultant (m/f/d) in Business & Operations Design, a role that lets recent graduates join a team focused on aligning strategy, operations and people to drive sustainable change. In this position you will partner with senior consultants and client leaders to shape and roll out solutions that improve organisational performance. Typical tasks include crafting operating models, supporting transformation programmes and new ways of working, streamlining processes with a digital‑first perspective, building performance‑management structures, and assessing the business impact of emerging technologies such as AI. You will also help with post‑merger integrations, carve‑outs, and facilitate workshops for client stakeholders. The profile the firm seeks combines strong academic credentials with early‑career experience. Candidates should hold a master's degree in business, engineering, economics or a related discipline, achieved with solid grades, and have up to two years of relevant exposure through internships, working‑student roles or full‑time positions. Analytical rigour, clear communication, a collaborative mindset and a proactive, structured work style are essential. Fluency in both German and English is required; additional language skills, especially French, are considered a plus. The role offers early responsibility, direct client interaction and a steep learning curve supported by mentoring and formal training. The Zurich team works in a high‑trust, non‑hierarchical environment that encourages knowledge sharing, flexibility and ownership over personal development. You will be part of an international, cross‑industry practice where you can help shape the local culture while gaining exposure to a variety of projects. What the role asks for: - Master's degree in business, engineering, economics or related field - Up to 2 years relevant experience - Fluency in German - Fluency in English - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities - Clear written and verbal communication - Collaborative work style - Proactive and structured approach - Additional languages (e.g., French) (nice-to-have) - Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI (nice-to-have)
