(Senior) Growth Marketer E-Commerce

The position of (Senior) Growth Marketer E‑Commerce sits within Pflegewegweiser, a health‑tech scale‑up that belongs to the Entyre Group. The company is expanding a new online shop that supplies home‑care products and supports families caring for loved ones, operating from offices in Zurich and Berlin. You will be responsible for the entire paid acquisition engine, running Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, as well as managing the Merchant Center and product feeds. In parallel you will design, launch and refine Meta advertising, overseeing both static and video creative from internal production to agency briefings. Building end‑to‑end marketing funnels, you will continuously optimise the customer journey from first click to repeat purchase. The role also involves conceiving growth experiments, testing new business models together with the Head of E‑Commerce, challenging existing processes, improving the shop experience, and translating KPI analysis into concrete budget and spend decisions. The core requirements are at least three years of marketing experience—ideally in a startup, scale‑up or agency environment—combined with hands‑on expertise in setting up and optimising Google Ads and Meta campaigns. You must be comfortable working with data‑driven marketing and e‑commerce metrics, able to turn raw numbers into actionable recommendations, and demonstrate an ownership mindset from day one. Fluency in both German and English is essential. Additional assets include familiarity with Google Merchant Center, shopping feeds, and platforms such as Shopify, basic creative abilities using tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma or video production, and knowledge of A/B testing, CRO and funnel analytics. An interest in healthcare or home‑care is a plus. The role is hybrid (four office days in Zurich or three in Berlin), offers a small, independent team, direct access to senior leadership, rapid decision‑making and the chance to shape a growth engine from the ground up.
