Regulatory Data & Digital Solutions Manager

The Regulatory Data & Digital Solutions Manager will steer Sika's regulatory data strategy, shaping the target architecture and capability roadmap that underpins compliance across the enterprise. In this role you will translate regulatory mandates into structured data models, metadata, traceability, retention, access and reporting specifications. You will define regulatory data objects, ownership structures, quality standards, controls and lifecycle governance. Collaboration is central: you will work with Product Conformity, Data Management, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability and other business partners to capture and prioritize requirements. You will coordinate solution design and integration across core platforms such as SAP, Product Information Management (PIM) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), while supporting packaging and supplier information management, Digital Product Passport initiatives and external publication needs. Maintaining a transparent backlog of regulatory data and digital‑solution items, you will also design reusable data models, interfaces and governance components for current and future regulatory frameworks, and prepare implementation roadmaps that align with corporate Data and IT standards. The position requires a university degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management or a closely related discipline. At least seven years of experience in data management, digital solutions, master data or product‑information systems is essential, together with proven work on compliance‑related, supplier, product or packaging data. A solid grasp of data governance, metadata, data quality and lifecycle management is mandatory, as is the ability to convert business and regulatory requirements into scalable digital solutions. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage. Familiarity with SAP, PIM, EDMS or comparable Digital Product Passport environments is highly desirable, as is strong stakeholder‑management, communication and influencing capability within a global matrix organisation.
