Account Executive, Strategic/Majors

Zscaler, a cloud‑native security firm that powers a Zero Trust Exchange platform, is looking for an Account Executive to help expand its strategic footprint in Switzerland. The position sits within the global Sales and Go‑to‑Market organization and reports to the Regional Sales Director, operating in a hybrid work model. In this role you will own a designated strategic territory, pursuing new logo acquisition and upsell opportunities. Daily activities include cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders, especially C‑level executives, designing long‑term account strategies that reflect customer objectives, and working closely with internal groups to shape account plans and satisfy client needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Zscaler’s solutions with the business goals of each prospect. The minimum qualifications require more than seven years of end‑to‑end sales experience in software or security, a track record of selling to C‑level audiences, and fluency in German or French. Candidates must demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating such technologies into their workflow, as well as established connections with current or potential customers.
