Documentum Developer (Consultant)

The position is a senior‑level consulting role focused on Documentum development, tasked with guiding an electronic content management (ECM) migration between two banking information platforms. The engagement aims to deliver a secure, timely, and compliant transfer of data, aligning the semantics of content from the source bank to the target system while maintaining production‑grade quality. Day‑to‑day duties involve partnering with both business and IT ECM groups to plan and carry out the movement of documents and associated metadata. The consultant will facilitate data‑mapping workshops, gather and reconcile requirements, and ensure consistent data meaning across the two institutions. In addition, the role requires performing system assessments that draw on insights from various business domains to evaluate counterpart data and support the migration workflow. Candidates must bring hands‑on senior consulting experience in ECM migrations, with the ability to design and operate migration processes and to coordinate cross‑functional technical and business teams. A pragmatic, production‑focused mindset is essential. Familiarity with using artificial‑intelligence tools to boost productivity is considered a valuable addition, though not mandatory.
