Talent Acquisition Specialist

Holcim Global Hub Business Services seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive corporate regional and international hiring across several business functions. The role will own end‑to‑end recruitment for global positions, source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn Hiring and other job portals, and keep recruitment data meticulously accurate. You will work closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication and offers, and produce regular hiring updates and reports. The position also supports employer‑branding initiatives and helps build a robust talent pipeline, while ensuring timely, high‑quality closures. The office is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, and the role requires on‑site presence.
