Consultant - Digital Transformation

KPMG, a worldwide firm that blends audit, advisory and ESG expertise, is looking for a Consultant focused on Digital Transformation. The position sits in the Zurich office and will begin in March 2026, offering a chance to join a purpose‑driven organisation that tackles large‑scale business change for its clients. In this role you will guide customers through the adoption of new digital tools, advise on IT road‑maps, AI initiatives and process automation, and shape concepts around governance and operating models. You will also take part in launching and delivering projects, contribute to the evolution of KPMG’s own digital offerings, and support activities that generate new business, sometimes collaborating with other consulting groups. The ideal candidate holds a master’s qualification in a field such as business, information technology, computer science or innovation. Some exposure to transformation projects or digital technology environments is preferred, together with a genuine curiosity about emerging tech trends. Experience in coordinating project work—especially around redesigning IT structures—is advantageous. Strong collaborative instincts, solid client‑handling abilities and clear written and spoken communication are essential. Fluency in German and English is required; French knowledge is a plus, and readiness to travel is expected.
