Talent Acquisition Partner

The position of Talent Acquisition Partner for Nestlé is based in Vevey, Switzerland, offered as a twelve‑month temporary assignment through Randstad, with a hybrid, full‑time schedule and an immediate start. In this capacity you will help the company secure the people needed to drive its growth, innovation and overall performance. Your daily work will involve managing the entire hiring cycle, from generating interest and evaluating candidates to conducting interviews, administering assessments and handling offers. You will devise and run sourcing plans aimed at building robust, diverse candidate pools for key openings, while maintaining strong links with HR business partners, hiring managers and external agencies
