Project Leader, Quality Control Bioconjugates – PhD graduates as well as experienced professionals welcome (f/m/d)

The Project Leader, Quality Control Bioconjugates role is based in the picturesque town of Visp, Switzerland, at the Ibex Solutions complex. This modular facility provides a complete solution for the development and production of biological products, streamlining the value chain for companies. The Project Leader, Quality Control Bioconjugates will handle various responsibilities. These include managing customer relationships, preparing and supporting production campaigns, and processing change requests and deviations under GMP. The role also involves supporting customer audits and inspections by authorities, calculating and monitoring QC costs, and independently coordinating, prioritizing, and scheduling tasks. To excel in this role, candidates must have a PhD or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, specifically in Biology, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences. Experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnological GMP environment and in Quality Control is highly valued. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for working with different collaborators and departments. Proficiency in common software applications like MS Office is required, with knowledge of pharmaceutical/laboratory software being an advantage. Nice-to-have skills include a basic understanding of German (B1 level) with a motivation to improve rapidly.
