The position of PMO, Governance and Performance Consultant is a nine‑month temporary assignment with an international organisation, commencing as soon as possible. The role sits within a global, matrix‑structured environment and focuses on strengthening governance, performance measurement and cost visibility. Day‑to‑day duties involve reviewing and refining core business procedures across several functions, coordinating governance tasks, and keeping stakeholders aligned with deadlines. The consultant will also help build and run performance‑measurement frameworks, gather and consolidate KPI data, and produce dashboards and reports that guide senior decisions. Additional responsibilities include analysing cost patterns, partnering with finance and business owners to enhance reporting, and creating sustainable tools for resource‑allocation insight. Finally, the role requires improving contract and vendor data quality, setting up renewal monitoring processes, and ensuring data governance standards are met. The ideal candidate has a solid background in PMO, consulting, transformation, operational excellence, business performance or governance roles, coupled with a strong analytical mindset that turns data into actionable advice. Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly is essential, as is experience designing dashboards, key‑indicator reports and decision‑support materials. Expertise in process mapping, documentation and project coordination is required, together with the capacity to operate autonomously in a complex, international setting. Experience at a major consulting firm such as a Big Four, and exposure to large multinational, public‑sector or NGO environments, are considered advantageous. The assignment offers a short‑term contract, immediate start, and the chance to influence governance and performance practices within a worldwide organisation. What the role asks for: - Proven experience in PMO, consulting, transformation or governance roles - Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities - Experience creating dashboards, KPIs and management reports - Skilled in process mapping, documentation and project coordination - Ability to work independently within a complex international matrix - Background in a Big Four or similar consulting firm (nice‑to‑have) - Exposure to international organisations, public sector or NGOs (nice‑to‑have)
