Manager - Technology Consulting - Enterprise AI and Data Transformation

EY is seeking a Manager for its Technology Consulting practice, focused on Enterprise AI and Data Transformation. The firm delivers assurance, tax, strategy, transactions and consulting services worldwide, helping clients across Switzerland and beyond to unlock value from data, analytics and artificial intelligence. In this role you will join a global, diverse team that supports organisations in defining and executing data‑driven strategies, building governance frameworks and delivering AI‑enabled transformation programmes. Your daily work will involve shaping and rolling out end‑to‑end Data & AI roadmaps, steering large‑scale analytics and AI initiatives, and aligning business, technology and executive stakeholders. You will advise clients on data strategy, governance, AI operating models and responsible GenAI use, while facilitating executive workshops and guiding investment decisions. The position also includes coaching junior consultants, contributing to proposal writing and helping to expand EY's AI & Data practice. The role requires a Master's degree, MBA or an equivalent qualification, together with at least six years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, data management, analytics or AI‑related projects. You must have a proven record of leading cross‑functional transformation programmes that involve business, technology and data leaders. Deep expertise is expected in areas such as Data & AI strategy, data governance, data products, portfolio and programme management, GenAI and responsible AI governance, value realisation, benefits tracking, change management and business adoption. Strong stakeholder‑management and communication abilities are essential, as is comfort interacting with senior client leadership. An entrepreneurial mindset for spotting client opportunities and building trusted relationships is required, as is multi‑year experience in highly regulated sectors such as Life Sciences, Healthcare or Consumer Products. Business‑fluent English is mandatory.
