Activity Program Director

The position of Activity Program Director places you at the helm of a hotel entertainment team in Greece, turning a seasonal role into a leadership experience abroad. You will be the person who guides the crew, ensuring that the resort’s daily program runs smoothly while preserving the fun atmosphere that guests expect. Each day you will design and coordinate the schedule of activities, allocate tasks to team members, and back rehearsals when needed. When something goes off‑track you step in, motivate tired colleagues, resolve conflicts early, and act as the liaison between the hotel management, the entertainment staff, and the guests. Your presence will be felt on the pool deck, during themed nights, and backstage, where you guarantee that every show proceeds without a hitch and that safety and professionalism remain high. The role requires a background in entertainment or animation, a solid grasp of how activities are delivered, and an ability to read guest dynamics under pressure. You must possess strong communication abilities, a leadership mindset, confidence in decision‑making, basic English proficiency, and hold an EU passport. Knowledge of German or French is considered an additional asset. Living on site, your accommodation and meals are provided, eliminating the need to arrange housing and giving you financial stability throughout the season. You will work full‑time, typically five to six days a week, close to the workplace, with each day offering a different mix of scheduling, performing, problem‑solving, and backstage oversight. The experience you gain—team management, crisis handling, and operational insight—will be valuable far beyond a single summer.
