The Director E2E Product Planning role at Johnson & Johnson focuses on driving optimal global planning for a portfolio of products within the Innovative Medicine division. The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Director E2E Product Planning include defining the end-to-end (E2E) global supply chain configuration, managing new product introduction (NPI) planning, and ensuring demand and net requirements propagation. The role involves driving the alignment of constrained E2E production and inventory plans, participating in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, and resolving E2E issues. Additionally, the director will oversee the supply continuity for the Synthetics Platform, manage and supervise execution across all nodes, and monitor business operations and key performance indicators. The role also requires developing a comprehensive understanding of key risks and driving harmonized communications to foster collaboration and keep stakeholders informed. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a focus in engineering, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or economics being a plus. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or Master's degree, is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have at least ten years of demonstrated experience in areas such as manufacturing, global planning, S&OP/IBP, and/or supply chain management. Proven business experience in supply chain, including insight into end-to-end supply chain characteristics, commercial, and finance with an in-depth understanding of financial processes, is essential. Experience with direct supervisory/team management and international/global experience combined with leadership and strong communication skills are also required. Nice-to-have skills include experience in a multi-echelon supply chain and proficiency with SAP and/or OMP. The role requires up to 25% travel time, both domestically and internationally.
