Finance and Controlling Manager - Single Family Office (Zug / Zurich)

We are a Single Family Office that administers a broad portfolio of financial investments, operating companies and real‑estate assets across several jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the principal and a tight circle of trusted advisors, the Finance and Controlling Manager will become the financial backbone of the office, ensuring precision, discretion and long‑term thinking in every transaction. The role combines ownership of multi‑entity accounting with hands‑on cash and banking management. You will supervise accounting for all entities, liaise with external accountants, auditors and service providers, and prepare and analyse financial statements and inter‑company reconciliations. Regular reporting on investment performance, asset liquidity and consolidated positions will be your responsibility, as will supporting budgeting, cost monitoring and cash‑flow forecasting. In addition, you will manage bank accounts, review payments, and coordinate with tax advisors, legal counsel and banks to meet compliance and documentation requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline and brings three to eight years of relevant experience in areas such as accounting, controlling, audit/transaction services, trust or fiduciary services, family‑office or asset‑management environments. Proven exposure to investment structures, financial instruments or liquidity management is essential, as are strong analytical and organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis, a hands‑on mindset that embraces both complex multi‑entity transactions and routine payment runs, and the capacity to work independently with discretion and reliability are required. Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
