Senior Organizational Performance Consultant, Agoda, Bangkok Agoda, part of Booking Holdings, connects travelers worldwide through its data‑driven travel platform. The company's Bangkok office is looking for a senior consultant to strengthen people development and performance across the organisation, working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders. In this role you will partner with HRBPs and line managers to translate business needs into talent priorities, such as critical capabilities, talent pipelines and organisational structures. You will coordinate the performance‑management cycle, monitor its progress and ensure consistency. Using people and business data you will spot talent patterns, risks and opportunities, then prepare analyses on pipelines, succession considerations, workforce demographics and performance trends. You will also help design, improve and deliver talent tools and processes, and facilitate evidence‑based talent discussions with stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of experience in strategic or management consulting, or in talent‑management, organisational performance or people‑operations within a multinational setting. A bachelor's degree from a top university is expected, with advanced degrees welcomed. You must have a proven track record in project management, the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver on schedule, and a sharp business acumen that links organisational structures to execution. Strong facilitation skills and the capacity to present insights to senior stakeholders are essential, as is the ability to analyse challenges with a data‑driven mindset and turn findings into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are critical, and the role demands flexibility and a sense of humour to thrive in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment. Additional assets include expertise in succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, talent assessment, career frameworks, organisational design, workforce planning or people analytics. A genuine interest in AI, combined with curiosity and a continuous‑learning attitude, is also valued, as is an ownership mindset, discretion and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
