With more than 320 digital specialists spread across ten offices, the Geneva team delivers data‑driven projects for clients in sectors such as luxury, FMCG, sport and beauty, and the role of Digital Analytics Consultant centres on CRM‑related initiatives that support customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and media‑mix decisions. In practice, you will lead assignments that monitor clients’ digital performance using key indicators, conduct on‑site conversion tests, and optimise online media buying and CRM workflows. Your work will involve turning raw data into clear, industry‑specific insights, building advanced audience segments, refining marketing automation, and ensuring the quality and format of every deliverable. You will also keep an eye on the operational rollout of solutions and may travel occasionally within Switzerland or to other offices, including Paris. The position requires a master’s degree in business, engineering or a comparable qualification, together with proven experience in digital marketing, consulting, business‑intelligence tools or media agencies. You must be comfortable with web‑analytics platforms and understand the main acquisition channels—SEO, SEM, programmatic, display, affiliates, email and social media. Fluency in French and English, strong written and oral communication, solid analytical abilities, familiarity with statistical and visualisation software, and a good grasp of business contexts are essential, as are client‑facing skills and a collaborative spirit.
