The position supports the company’s mission to drive sustainability across the shipping sector, leveraging more than a century of engineering heritage and a global workforce of over 420 employees. In this role you will act as the primary functional authority and second‑level support for SAP Finance, Controlling and Project System modules. Proven involvement in implementations, rollouts or major enhancements, together with a good understanding of Record‑to‑Report and Project Accounting, is required. You should have experience engaging international stakeholders, strong analytical and communication skills, and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, information systems or a related discipline. Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus. Additional advantages include experience with SAP S/4HANA, relevant SAP certifications, and good German language skills. WinGD offers a multicultural, interdisciplinary environment that values agile, non‑hierarchical collaboration, continuous learning through in‑house technology training, and the chance to influence the sustainability trajectory of the global shipping industry.
