Swissquote, the leading digital bank in Switzerland with more than 1,400 employees across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, serves over a million clients through a full suite of trading, investing and everyday banking services. The Finance team is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to design and maintain scalable, high‑quality reporting processes that keep the Group compliant as it expands. In this role you will steer regulatory reporting projects, improving and automating workflows while building a centralised reporting database. You will lead the rollout of a new reporting solution, work closely with IT, Controlling & Risk and ALM & Treasury to ensure smooth system integration and data‑quality checks, and stay ahead of regulatory changes to adjust processes and reports. Daily tasks include preparing, reviewing and submitting SNB statistical reports and FINMA filings, performing accuracy and completeness controls, and acting as the main liaison for SNB inquiries and the Group’s SNB audit. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field, solid understanding of the Swiss banking regulatory framework, and the ability to link operational data to strategic reporting goals. Candidates need three to five years of comparable experience, advanced Excel skills, and full professional fluency in both French and English. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑quality focus, together with a proactive, collaborative mindset, are essential. Additional assets include familiarity with T24, SQL or Python and experience with a regulatory reporting platform such as FiRE or Mercury. Swissquote promotes a fast‑moving, growth‑focused culture where employees can experiment, take ownership and develop quickly, all within an inclusive environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
