People Consulting is a consultancy that helps clients with strategic questions about organizational structure and management. They focus on making sure their clients are well-prepared in strategy, structure, and operations. They are looking for a (Senior) Consultant HR & Organization Transformation (w/m/d) to join their team in Zürich. The main tasks involve conducting organizational analyses, benchmarking, and developing solutions based on data. This includes creating clear recommendations and handling various projects in performance management and compensation. The role also involves writing concepts, optimizing operating models, and managing projects. The consultant will work in a team, taking on both conceptual and operational tasks, and will be involved in research and continuous improvement of methods and services. To qualify, candidates must have a valid Swiss work and residence permit (Ausweis B or C) and already live in Switzerland. They should have a master's degree in business, natural sciences, or social sciences, with at least 3-4 years of experience, preferably in consulting. Proficiency in German at a native level and fluent English are required. Experience with generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
