To qualify for this role, candidates must have 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with a focus on organizational transformation, operating models, or related areas. A master's degree from a reputable university in fields such as business, engineering, economics, or a related discipline is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams, are essential. Fluency in German and English is a must, with additional languages being a plus. The role requires a structured, proactive, and collaborative approach, as well as the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
