Global Strategic Account Director, Financial Services

The Global Strategic Account Director, Financial Services, will lead strategic partnerships and drive sustainable growth for the company, which focuses on financial services. The role involves building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including Board members and executives, to understand and align with the customer's business strategy and transformation priorities. The main responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of the customer's business, regulatory environment, and operating model. The role also involves establishing executive sponsorship and organizational alignment for large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives. Additionally, the director will build AI capabilities and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. To excel in this role, candidates must have proven experience in leading strategic global accounts or major transformation programs within the financial services sector. Deep expertise in banking, wealth management, or capital markets, along with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements, is essential. Fluency in English and German is required, along with an established executive network and recognized credibility within the Swiss Financial Services ecosystem. Nice-to-have skills include a deep understanding of AI, cloud, security, data, and platform transformation, as well as experience leading consulting or professional services engagements. The role is based in Zurich, with a strong emphasis on being closely connected to the customer's leadership ecosystem.
