(Senior) Consultant / Business Engineer - Data

As a (Senior) Consultant / Business Engineer – Data you will partner with banks and insurers to turn intricate business and technology problems into clear, actionable solutions, operating where business, IT, data, CRM and architecture intersect. Your daily work will involve dissecting complex business and technical requirements and converting them into concepts, specifications, user stories and decision‑ready recommendations. You will take part in transformation, optimisation, data, master‑data and CRM programmes, collaborating with business units, IT groups, architects and project stakeholders. Analysing system landscapes, application architectures, data flows, data quality, governance and processes, you will spot practical improvement opportunities and devise pragmatic solutions that balance business and technology needs. The role requires at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, IT Consultant or Requirements Engineer, preferably within financial services, banking, insurance or a large enterprise. You need a solid grasp of system landscapes, application architecture, data flows, master‑data, CRM processes, data quality, governance and process optimisation. Strong analytical ability to structure requirements and translate them into practical outcomes is essential, as are excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across diverse teams.
