Consultant - Deal Advisory - Valuation & Financial Modelling

KPMG, a global firm offering audit, advisory and transformation services, is looking for a Consultant in Deal Advisory focused on valuation and financial modelling. The position is based in Geneva and begins in October 2026, operating on a full‑time schedule. In this role you will be expected to perform valuations of corporations and non‑tangible assets, carry out financial and market analyses, and assess capital‑market and cost‑of‑capital factors. You will design sophisticated, integrated financial models and take part in projects such as fairness opinions, pricing studies for mergers and acquisitions, accounting‑oriented valuations, tax‑planning assessments and arbitration support. The job also involves pricing complex instruments like options, derivatives, structured debt and other structured products, while collaborating closely with clients and KPMG specialists from due‑diligence, restructuring, tax, accounting and legal teams.
