ERP Specialist - Finance

The ERP Specialist – Finance will join Destinus, a fast‑growing company that designs and delivers cutting‑edge unmanned aerial vehicles for defence customers worldwide. In this role you will be the primary contact for finance‑related ERP activities, ensuring the system supports real business needs while keeping data accurate and processes efficient. Your daily work will revolve around translating finance requirements into functional solutions on the D365 F&O platform, building a deployment roadmap and overseeing integration with existing operations. You will lead regular project meetings with internal teams and the external implementation partner, assess and refine business processes, and guarantee that all changes comply with internal and regulatory policies. The position also includes monitoring project performance, managing risks, creating documentation, and delivering training and support to users across finance, production and operations. Continuous analysis, optimisation and digitisation of current processes form a core part of the job. To succeed, you need a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration and a solid grasp of D365 F&O architecture, integration practices and the broader ERP component landscape. Hands‑on experience with integration tools that connect D365 F&O to other business systems is essential, as is the ability to capture and convey technical requirements to developers. Proven project‑management experience and a track record of leading cross‑functional teams on complex ERP initiatives are required, together with excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
