Agency Director Senior Business Manager Zurich

ENOVA is a Swiss IT consulting firm founded in Geneva in 2018 that helps leading organisations across Switzerland with digital transformation and technology projects. As part of its expansion into the German‑speaking region, the company seeks an Agency Director / Senior Business Manager to launch and steer its Zurich operations, building a local presence and a new business unit. In this entrepreneurial role you will shape the market strategy for Zurich, prospect and win strategic clients, and nurture relationships with IT, procurement and business leaders. You will design custom consulting proposals, run the full sales process from qualification to contract signing, and manage RFPs and commercial offers. Close collaboration with Talent Acquisition is required to source and interview consultants, while you also support them during assignments and ensure long‑term client satisfaction. Monitoring revenue, margins and overall performance, you will gradually assemble and lead a local team of Business Managers and consultants, contributing directly to ENOVA's growth in Switzerland. The position demands at least four years of experience in a Business Manager, Senior Business Manager, Account Manager or comparable business‑development role, preferably within an IT consulting, ESN or professional‑services environment. Candidates must have a proven record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts, a solid grasp of the IT consulting business model, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently. An entrepreneurial mindset, high autonomy, ownership and a results‑driven attitude are essential, as are strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills. Good knowledge of the Swiss market, with a network in Zurich, is required, and fluency in German and English is mandatory while French is a strong advantage.
